Lose Weight Now|Here are some of our delicious recipes for satisfying Shakes.

Losing weight with Herbalife doesn`t have to mean depriving yourself of delicious foods you love!
Each of these tasty suggestions tastes so good; you won`t believe you`re eating something that`s helping you lose weight.
See what fruit you have in the fridge and simply add it to the blender
Tips:
  • Add icecubes for a great crushed ice effect.
  • If you are lactose intolerant, we recommend using rice milk or light soy milk.
  • Remember, juice is high in calories. Dilute with water.
  • Try add a frozen Banana for extra creaminess(peel banana and place in airtight container in freezer the night before)
Black Forest Shake
2 heaped T-spoon Choc Shake
½ T-spoon strawberry essence
240ml skim milk
½ banana
4-6 ice cubes
Mocha Coffee Shake
2 heaped T-spoon Choc Shake
1 T-spoon decaffeinated coffee
240ml skim milk
½ banana
4-6 ice cubes
Strawberry-Orange Shake
2 heaped T-spoon Strawberry Shake
4-5 strawberries
240ml orange juice
4-6 ice cubes
Chocolate Strawberry Shake 

2 scoops Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix 
2 tablespoons Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (or more) 
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk 
1 cup frozen strawberries 
A few drops vanilla extract 
4 ice cubes
Strawberry Sensation Shake
  • 1 serving* Berry Flavour Formula 1
  • 300ml skim milk or soy milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh ripe apricot
  • 50-100 grams of light yoghurt (optional)

Apple Cinnamon Shake

  • 1 serving* Vanilla Flavour Formula 1
  • 300ml skim milk or soy milk
  • 1 apple, peeled, seeded and quartered
  • 50-100 grams of light yoghurt (optional)

Banana Bonanza Delight

  • 1 serving* Vanilla Formula 1
  • 300 mls skim or light soy milk
  • 1/2 frozen Banana (Tip: Try peeling Banana and placing in airtight container in freezer)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 300ml skim milk or soy milk
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 50-100 grams light yoghurt (optional)

Vanilla Egg Nog Shake

  • 1 serving* Vanilla Formula 1
  • 300ml skim milk or soy milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 50-100 grams light vanilla yoghurt (optional)

Strawberry & Pineapple

  • 1 serving* Vanilla Formula 1
  • 100 mls water
  • 125 grams strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 thick slice fresh chopped pineapple
  • 4 large fresh strawberries

Banana Mint Shake

  • 1 serving* Vanilla Formula 1
  • 300 mls skim milk or light soy milk
  • 1/4 Banana
  • A few drops peppermint essence
