If you're up for a challenge, join me as I combine several strength moves to make one fun, athletic, ultimate strength move. Today, I'm going to show you how to combine a static sprint with a push up, plank, burpee and a crab walk. I know it sounds impossible, but take a look at my video to learn how to do my ultimate strength move. In my video, you will see an advanced version of this move as well as what a beginner ultimate strength move would look like.
